Is it possible to have fun with any 2020 list? Or should we just flush this whole freaking year?
Let’s try to have some fun. Here’s a quiz: I’ll give you the Top Box office movies for 2019-2020. I’ll also give you the name of the writer for each movie. Then I’ll give you the pictures of 10 writers. All you have to do is match the screenwriter to the movie. Easy, right?
The point being: for the most part, even if you wrote one of the top 10 movies of the year, you could stand on a line at Starbucks and–social-distancing notwithstanding–not get recognized. How great is that?! See your art get made and seen by mainstream audiences, get paid pretty damn well for the privilege, and keep your anonymity!
Think you can match 7 or more screenwriter faces to their movies? Let’s find out…
These are the top movies from the last part of 2019 and 2020 as rated by Box Office Mojo so it shouldn’t be a problem matching the face to the name. So, here are the Top 10 Box Office movies(time of this writing, July 1)
